Blu Tuesday (Thanks Columbia House)

Two weeks ago I received an email from Columbia House with a buy one get one free Blu-Ray special. Me being the savy shopper that I am, went with the offer (I bought Iron Man & Sex and the City the Movie).

Yesterday I checked the mail and I received a box from Columbia House. To my surprise, there was a 3rd Blu-Ray disc in the box…courtesy of a Columbia House fuck up. The disc? Batman Begins – one that I’ve been wanting to get. After double checking everything, there was no charge for the extra disc and I feel no remorse for keeping that sexy Blu extra.

Did I mention that Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull also came out on Blu yesterday (marking the first Indy film in the HD format)?

Let’s just say it was the best day…ever.

PS – Jackie is calling me a sell out for buying the Sex and the City movie. Oh well..I used to watch the show, I haven’t seen the movie yet and I practically got it for free.

PPS – Good luck to the Phils tonight.

HA, that was an awesome little extra.. someone at Columbia House must have been like.. you know what this guys buying Indiana Jones.. Thats awesome I’m gonna hook him up. LOL You are lucky it wasn’t a shitty Blu-Ray or DVD like Richard Simmons Sweatin’ to the Oldies.

As for Sex in the City – No Comment.
